- Orders are shipped within 2 business days of being received.
- Average delivery time is 2-3 business days (via USPS or UPS).
- Please allow a minimum of 5 business days before contacting us with questions regarding shipments.
- We provide tracking information to customers as soon as it becomes available to us.
- All orders are professionally and discreetly packaged.
- All orders contain a standard “Notice to Law Enforcement” and explains how our products meet the definition of “industrial hemp” under 7 U.S.C. s. 5940.
- OrganiSolutions is not responsible for any order that is sent to a mistaken address, stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, undelivered or mistakenly seized.
- Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order placement. Shipping outside of the United States is not available at this time. Prices will vary depending on geographical location. Orders exceeding $75.00 qualify for FREE USPS first class shipping.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for up to twenty-four (24) hours from the time you placed your online order by emailing our returns department at info@organisolutions.com and putting “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
